i William Von Hoene, Esq. was admitted to practice law in 1985 in New Orleans, Louisiana and also has a Masters L.L.M. in Admiralty Law. William has been actively practicing Maritime Law and Bankruptcy Law for the last thirty years in the Federal US Bankruptcy Court and Federal US District Courts. William devotes his practice to bankruptcy law and other Federal court matters in Florida and is not a member of the Florida State Bar. As an avid outdoorsman, scuba diver, fisherman, and conservationist he believes in a balanced protection of all our natural resources.

Susan Von Hoene, Esq. has been practicing law in Florida and Louisiana for 37 years in the area of Asset Protection, Trusts, and Foreclosure Prevention Litigation. Previously she served as General Counsel of a two billion dollar financial banking institution. Now living in Florida, she devotes her time to helping individuals in need.
Her practice centers on getting our clients back on their feet and moving forward with the maximum protection allowed by the law.
